University Digital Asset Management (DAM)

For uploading assets, there are two different Upload Profiles:

• Pre-Approved: This profile is used for internal Marketing team members and selected personnel from some departments. Assets uploaded into this profile are automatically uploaded to the DAM and released.
• Pending-Approval: This profile is used for members outside of the Marketing team. Assets uploaded using this profile are placed in a queue that requires approval. An admin user on the Marketing team will get a notification that their approval is required.
