Pardot Support Question: Email function in Salesforce

Please verify that you have taken these steps to resolve the problem:

  1. Only send Pardot emails using a Chrome browser.
  2. Check that the prospect is not email opted out.
  3. Look for duplicates- Lead and Account, Account and Account. Pardot only syncs with one record.
  4. Check your SFDC user setup
  5. Check Pardot user setup


           6. Checked for Chrome blocking pop-ups.
          
           7.  Check the Blocked Tab in "Cookies in use" and allow any salesforce, pardot, and force.com.


PROBLEM:

Below is what happens when I try to send a Pardot email. We recently did a clean-up of the Pardot database to remove prospects who are non-responsive or DO NOT CALL. These removed records can be restored. If they are inactive, then you may see the Pardot screen like below.



SOLUTION:

Click on the Pardot link

Pardot URL

http://pi.pardot.com/prospect/read?id=109997457



Then click on Undelete



BTW, his email hard bounced. See Rule 2.



See Rule 2. Check that the prospect is not email opted out. The email opt out box is unchecked.


If all else fails, then send me a chatter message with the email address of the prospects that you need to contact.
