Adding "Recruiting Events Shared Calendar" to Outlook
We are happy to share that we have a shared
calendar listing all of our university’s events for recruitment and outreach. In this calendar, you will find all of the events we will be attending along
with detailed information about them including address and location, exhibit
hours, and URLs to learn more. This shared calendar is a great tool to use to
keep informed about the different events that we are attending and
how you can further support our efforts to attract more students.
Please follow the instructions below to access the calendar on your Outlook:
1) Open your calendar
2) Right click on the three dots at bottom left of the page (same area where you will find your mail, contacts, and task icons)
3) Click folders
4) Scroll down to Public Folders
5) Drill down all the way until you get to Recruiting Events Shared Calendar
6) Click on Recruiting Events Shared Calendar
Once you follow the instructions listed, you should have access to view the calendar. Since this calendar is public to all Alliant employees (staff, faculty, and adjuncts), please feel free to forward on to anyone you feel might benefit from this.
