This verbiage should be used on all collateral. All collateral should be approved for use.

Program Moratorium

Program Moratorium is defined as a temporary suspension of admission to a program. We will continue to teach students enrolled in the program at the time the program is put on moratorium, but will not enroll new students.

Catalog Requirements
Programs on moratorium at all locations must have the following disclaimer added to the catalog: 
We are currently not accepting applications for admission or admitting new students to this program.
Programs on moratorium at specific locations must have the following disclaimer added to the catalog: We are currently not accepting applications for admission or admitting new students to this program at our [insert location] campus.
Website Requirements
The program can be removed from the website or one of the following disclaimers can be added.
Programs on moratorium at all locations:We are currently not accepting applications for admission or admitting new students to this program.
Programs on moratorium at specific locations:
We are currently not accepting applications for admission or admitting new students to this program at our [insert location] campus.

Program Closure
(Updated 1/23/18)

Program Closure is defined as a permanent closure of the program at all campuses. We will continue to teach students enrolled in the program at time of closure, but will not enroll new students.
Catalog and Website Requirements
The program should be removed from the website immediately. Any Performance Fact Sheet (PFS) documents need to remain active for currently enrolled students. 
The program should be removed from catalog ultimately, but can stay on throughout the academic year while the students currently enrolled are taught out. 

"Award Winning Faculty"

Using the term "Award Winning Faculty" is permissible with the programs in which faculty have actually won awards, even if just one faculty member has won an award. Overall, we have multiple faculty that have won awards throughout the university.
