This verbiage should be used on all collateral. All collateral should be approved for use.

The program sheet disclosure below includes the updated Gainful Employment disclosure verbiage we must use printed program collateral effective July 2017. As always, please let Compliance know if you have any questions.

Please note that not all programs are available at every campus, online, or to residents of every state. For important information about the educational debt, earnings, and completion rates of students who attended this program, please visit https://www.alliant.edu/media/gainful-employment-disclosure/Bachelor_Child_Development_BA.html. 

This is a different disclaimer that should be used for programs that do not have a gainful employment (GE) reference URL (e.g. credential or certificate programs, progs not eligible for financial aid):

Promotional Materials
Promotional materials include, but are not limited to:
  • Catalogs
  • Invitations
  • Billboards
  • Radio
  • TV
  • Print Media
  • Internet
  • Social Media

Microblogs & Social Media (i.e. twitter, facebook) for posts that promote program
  • May use a URL shortener as long as it leads directly to GE program’s homepage were disclosure is located
  • If advertising multiple programs, can use a URL shortener that directs to a list of the web links for all of the GE Programs webpages
  • If reposting a third party update that promotes a GE program you must include direct link
