Marketing Desk: Ticket Closure Workflow for Vendors
This knowledge base will outline the steps an AIU vendor will need to take to properly close tickets in the system. There are two parts to the ticket closure process: verification and closing.
Verification:
Once the task has been accomplished and the ticket is ready to be verified by an AIU Marketing team member, please do the following:
1. Set the status of the ticket to VFY (verify)
2. Add the AIU Marketing team member that needs to perform verification of ticket as a secondary assignee
Closing:
Once the AIU Marketing team member has verified the ticket and the task has been successfully completed, the AIU Marketing team member will set the status to OKC (OK to close). After this is done, please click on "Close ticket" button to close ticket.
Verification:
